We are pleased to inform you that foodservice at Bradford Country Club is exclusively provided by prominent chefs Paul April and Maggie Johnson. You may choose a menu from our menus, or you may discuss other options with our Function Coordinator. They will work with our catering staff to create a perfect menu to suit your needs and the needs of all your guests.
Beverage Service
Bradford Country Club will provide all beverage service. In accordance with Massachusetts State Law, no alcoholic beverages are to be brought on or off the premises. A bartender fee will be charged per bartender needed for your function. We staff one bartender per 75 guests. We offer a variety of cash and hosted bar options.

Our Chefs have been creating fabulous menus for weddings and events for over 14 years in both Northern MA and Southern New Hampshire.
Our catering staff will offer you "Peace of Mind"; Structuring a perfect menu to suit your needs, then following through with quality product and service. This is not just a goal for our catering staff, but a necessity.
Our Chef Paul April is a graduate of Johnson and Wales College in Providence, RI, with a degree in Culinary Studies. Chef April tailored his skills and gained experience at notable restaurants all along the East Coast. A dedicated, creative and experienced professional, Chef April is ready to provide you and your guests with a culinary experience that will make your event as special as you have dreamed.
Sous Chef Maggie Johnson has been with us for more than three years. Her interest in food started at the age of fourteen, which ultimately lead to her current position. With a career in art and photography and an eye for details, Maggie decided to take her creativity in a whole new direction…culinary. She continues to create new and exciting menus that will please your guests with every taste.
