I really wanted to touch base with you soon though and just let you know that even though there were a few bumps in the road -Troy and I LOVED our wedding night!! And you were so great and lifted my spirits that night about the photographer and the tent with the lights and candles was GORGEOUS and perfect! Exactly what I was hoping for!

I have already seen my friends pictures and there are some great ones that show off the country club! We will be referring you to anyone we can!!

Clubhouse Room

We offer our Clubhouse Room that provides a warm and relaxed setting for smaller wedding receptions, bridal & baby showers, baptisms, anniversary parties, holiday gatherings and cocktail receptions. The Clubhouse Room is available seven days a week throughout the year and can accommodate up to 60 guests for a sit down dinner, 100 guests for a standing cocktail reception with limited seating. Guest may also access a deck that overlooks our championship golf course from this room.

Tent Pavilion

Enjoy a beautiful view of our championship golf course as you enter our white three-season Tent Pavilion for your function. The tent is 50’ x 100’ and can accommodate up to 250 people for a sit down dinner, up to 300 for a standing cocktail reception with limited seating. The tent is carpeted, and has a wooden dance floor. It is elegantly decorated with lighted ficus trees around the perimeter. The tent is also amply lit for an evening reception. Tented receptions are offered beginning in late April through the last week in October.

Our experience of the Bradford C.C. only got better upon meeting Lyn Mason and her staff. Lyn's professionalism combined with the genuine care she showed for us was unparalleled. From the time we booked to our wedding day, Lyn and her staff enthusiastically and patiently walked us through every step of the way.

As a bride, I can honestly that I never once felt anxious or worried about the details of our wedding day. We were treated as if we were the only couple that they were planning for. Nothing could have spoiled our wedding day, not even the torrential rain minutes before our ceremony!

Lyn and her staff quickly shifted gears and reassured us that everything was under control~ and it was. I was completely awe struck upon entering the tent. The ambiance was everything we could have ever imagined. No detail was left unattended. We enjoyed a magical night including delicious food, superior service, and dancing. We couldn't have asked for a more personal experience. It was incredible! Everyone is still raving about our wedding and we will forever be grateful to the Bradford C.C.!"

I had a fantastic time planning my wedding there. It was really not very traditional in that it was so small and straightforward, but Lyn was really supportive of all of my ideas. The best part was how responsive and friendly she was all throughout planning (even when I became a stressed out bride). EVERYTHING (down to the rose petals on the tables) looked amazing--it was clear that the staff was intent on making my reception and ceremony look beautiful and sophisticated, just like I imagined.

My husband and I are from the Caribbean, and we approached Lyn and their catering company with an idea for a Caribbean menu that was reflective of our culture. We thought we were asking too much, but when we had that food, it tasted amazing!! On top of good food, the service was wonderful and professional. Sam Ambra even stopped by our table to ask how the food was! We were floored, but so were our guests--they talked about the food for days after. Actually, two of my co-workers now go out once a week to eat Dominican food after eating at our wedding.

How can we ever thank you enough for all you did from the very beginning to make sure that Heather and Paul's wedding was just the party they wanted.....Your whole staff was fabulous and couldn't have been more professional and more accommodating!
